Who we are.....We
are a private label chemical manufacturer. What this
means is that we make chemical products for sale by others under their
name with their label. For example, an individual or business might
come to us with an idea for a product to protect polished metal such
as brass. After all, no one likes tarnished brass. We would then:

Create a formula in our lab to solve the specific problem. |

Thoroughly test the product and provide samples to our
client for his own testing and approval. |

|
Quote a price for the
manufacture, filling and packaging of the product. |
|
|
At this point, some
clients prefer to just purchase the formula we developed which
is just fine. |
|
|
Once packaged we ship
the product to the client or, dependent upon his needs, drop
ship the product for the client directly to his customers. |
|
|
Some national clients
come to us for local manufacture of their products to save on
regional shipping costs. These clients would just have to bring
us their existing formula and packaging requirements and we can
handle all the rest. Some of these clients even supply their own
packaging materials which is also fine with us. |

Protect our clients'
privacy and formulations with a non-disclosure agreement if they
desire. The reason we say desire is for their peace of mind. Our
standard house policy is that we never talk to any client about
any other work we do except their own. |
What we do.....Even
though our lab can create just about any type of chemical formulation
(food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or industrial), our manufacturing
facility is geared primarily toward industrial products. This includes
such products as:

Some of our past product developments and specialty projects include:

The invention and development of the first commercially viable "Date
Rape Drug" indicator test kit. These indicators can detect GHB (Gamma
Hydroxybutyrate) and Ketamine in a wide variety of beverages at very
small concentrations.

The development of "Bio-Remediation" surfactant cleaners that allow
friendly bacteria to digest stains and oil waste.

Crystal clear and colorized high gloss and satin water-based coatings
used for aftermarket industrial fabric coating containing very low VOC
levels.

Safe and non-toxic jewelry and eye glass cleaners.

Packaging of cooling water cleaning solutions used in laser machines.

The development of safe, non-toxic, and biodegradable special effects
chemical products for the theater and entertainment industry.

FAST & EASY "Detail Appearance Products".

The creation of water-based outboard motor flush to protect the
cooling systems of boats from deteriorating.
In
other words, if you can think of the product we can more than likely
formulate it to meet your needs or requirements. We operate a fully
licensed and registered facility including Department of
Planning & Environmental Protection Hazardous Material Management
Facility License and U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement
Administration Analytical Lab License.
How we do it.....As
safe as possible. It's as simple as that. With all the chemicals to
choose from it always amazes us how other manufacturers seem to have
no regard for the environment, the final user, or potential liability
problems to the seller. We are as
green
as possible. The products we develop are safe for the environment,
safe for the user and non-toxic. If they weren't, we wouldn't touch
them and we wouldn't let you touch them either.
