            We were founded in 1983 as a chemical supply company located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. During the years several mergers and acquisitions have enabled us to diversify our efforts into specialty product research & development, industrial chemical manufacturing including automotive, entertainment, specialty, and industrial fabric products, private label and contract packaging, and just recently value-added opportunities and business development projects.
